BEIJING — Vice-Premier Ma Kai will head to Britain and France Nov 8-14 to co-chair the eighth China-Britain Economic and Financial Dialogue with British Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond, and the fourth China-France High-Level Economic and Financial Dialogue with French Economy and Finance Minister Michel Sapin.

Foreign Ministry spokesperson Hua Chunying made the announcement in Beijing on Nov 6.
