Premier Li Keqiang attended a project launching ceremony for a development center for children with disabilities, with Mongolia’s Prime Minister Jargaltulga Erdenebat, in the country’s government palace on July 14. The center is backed by China.

The Premier said that physically challenged children were a vulnerable group, and they need more care and help. China will ensure the project is completed with quality to make children feel warm and loved from their childhood, he added.
