Premier Li Keqiang visited the Beijing-Guiyang Center of Big Data Application and Display, where he heard details about how Guiyang uses big data to supervise law enforcement.

The Premier said that putting the power of law enforcement into the “cage of data” will expose discreditable conduct, track how power is used and provide first-hand material to assist the authorities in their decision making process.
