The General Office of the State Council recently released this year’s priorities on fighting against IP rights violations and counterfeits, stressing the need to combine law enforcement with the ongoing supply-side structural reform, which was launched by the central government in late 2015 to improve China-made products, to provide a strong guarantee for sustainable and healthy socioeconomic development.
